Elevate Performance physical therapy is not your typical PT clinic experience. You won’t waste time laying on heat packs or doing exercises you could do at home. You won’t be handed off to assistants and you won’t be treated with other patients at the same time…EVER.

You WILL always work 1-on-1 with an expert Doctor of Physical Therapy who is Board Certified in Orthopedics and Sports and Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare Select, United Health, Cigna, Sana Benefits, and Humana insurances and we do not require a referral for the first 15 business days of treatment. Texas law mandates a referral is required beyond 15 business days which we can assist you with. Fear not! We also see a majority of our clients on a cash pay basis with very affordable rates.. Additionally, you can use HSA/FSA to pay for services regardless of your insurance provider.
